In order to enhance communication and interpersonal relationships, Team Work develops training programs that improve the communication impact and emotionally compelling expressiveness, with support of different professionals: Coaches, communication experts and even professional theater Actors.

Organizational diagnosis

Consists on a study that includes on-job monitoring, interviews with managers and collaborators, focus groups, survey of training needs and knowledge of reality, in order to implement organizational change programs.

 

Assessment and potential evaluation (individual and teams)

Through specialized professionals, we combine qualitative and quantitative analysis tools to assess the behavioral profile of the participants, their strength and improvement areas, in high demand behavioral training contexts.

360° feedback

Allows to evaluate the true impact of personal performance, through a 360° feedback around the participant/manager and his/hers Boss, Pairs and Subordinates, combining the information with the analysis of the frequency with which certain behaviors are perceived, as well as identifying any gaps between the behaviors exhibited and expected by the organization.
