In a synthetic analysis, the balance of the training project held in 2012 is very positive. I felt from the first approach (Kick-Off), an involvement and motivation of all participants, existing always a lot of openness and availability. In every stage of the project, the enthusiasm was increasing as well as the expectations.

The feedback I've been getting manifested great involvement and a concern about the continuous improvement of all elements. The obtained return culminated, in my opinion, with the Teambuilding session, where everyone, without exception, were involved in a thrilling theater play with the particularity of having to be presented to an external audience, revealing that when we believe, we are able.
