1) Given the existing partnership for some years now, which factors do you consider decisive to select Team Work as a partner within the behavioral training of your teams?

To our decision-making, is crucial the quality of training that they can provide! We know that on the part of Team Work we have the best Coaches and that the training conditions are the most adequate to the "competition" in which we are involved.

2) Which highlights in the work developed by our team, in the project that we're doing with the Sales Team and what results have you been achieving?

Our request was intended to a specific goal: building a winning team, at a time when several changes were in progress. We hired new players, the team's tactical layout had been changed and reality was becoming increasingly competitive. It was necessary to accelerate the creation of some automatic mechanisms and introduce different operating dynamics in the team. We think that the preparation period to which we were subjected made us stronger, in order to face any opponent who appears ahead of us.

3) In what extent the methodology used by Team Work meets the current needs of the organizations?

We believe that changes in behavior will only happen if we experience scenarios very close of the realities that we have into perspective. Only one can win games if we train to the level of the competition required. And the methodology that is behind Team Work provides us all of that!
