Coaches only realize the responsibility contained in their actions when they understand that the impact they have had with the players represented a message for the future of each of them. Message that, or was inspiring and potentiating of a better future, or represented, almost certainly, a clear offside in may come to succeed.
This means that the coach requires, at every moment, to have a very strict sense of what is its impact on those he leads. Knowing how to constantly examine what he does and how he does and, especially, what reactions he produces in the players.
Some coaches get players to be inspire on the way of big hits, while others (far more!) sometimes decrease their initiative and enthusiasm and contribute reportedly to the collective failure.
And what is more worrying is that not always the majority of coaches realize that the success or failure has to do with attitudes and behaviors!
